10(1) ‌Our nutrunner system monitors transducer’s dynamic torque changing in proportion as reaction from fastener grows. Do not hold any part of motor because doing so shall disturb right reaction force transmission to transducer. Use only flange part of transducer to fix motor to nutrunner fixing plate, and make sure none is contacting motor.(2) ‌Avoid fluctuation of nutrunner fixing unit or fastener side jig during the fastening, failing which reduces torque accuracy. If there is a large misalignment available between motor anvil center to fastener center, it causes not only anvil failure but also low torque accuracy. Avoid misalignment.(3) ‌Do not fix motor at pitch circle narrower than minimum pitch circle mentioned in page 8, failing which damages normal torque measurement for quality assurance. ATTENTION FOR MOTOR INSTALLATION<Right installation><Wrong installation>Fix motor to nutrunner xing plate by bolt, and keep motor and transducer free except for transducer’s ange part. Holding or xing motor with contact prohibited area damages precise reaction force transmission producing error torque measurement.Supporting brace has a contact with motor. *Fix motor so nutrunner has no contact except for ange part for xing.Motors are connected by u-bolt and nut fastening.*Fix all motors so everyone is free from physical interference.
